Buyers, especially first timers, may be nervous and apprehensive about the home buying process. This is an added stress that is not necessary during the home inspection phase. General Inspections will devote as much time as is necessary to explain and help you understand the condition of the property. We will walk you through the process during all phases of the inspection including: the exterior, lower level, main level, and attic. There are no silly questions. So please take advantage of our experience and knowledge to help you understand the condition of your new home and how it works. 

During the final phase of the inspection, the report will be reviewed by way of lap top computer, which will include many digital pictures of the buildings components. This is an additional opportunity to express questions and concerns.

Follow-up information. A significant amount of information is supplied at the time of inspection and is documented in the report. We understand that you may not think of all the questions you wish to ask during the inspection. Please contact us to schedule a time to discuss any concerns or questions that you may have after the inspection. This is usually done in the early evening.
